Living Out of Lack vs. Thriving in Abundance

Jesus came down into the world with a sole purpose to give you an abundant life- not a life lived in abundant lack. What does that look like for you?

A sign that you are living in lack is you don't feel worthy to be loved by God and you have no hope or faith that things would ever change. A sign that you lack hope is an absence of faith. You just go with the flow and you're constantly disappointed. You must learn who God is. From that place it has to become a conviction in your heart. Instead of, "I know God heals." it changes to, "I know God will heal right now."

"For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance." Romans 8:24-25

God's glory is abundant everywhere because it's who God is. It's even abundant in your lack and the only difference is when you live out of a mentality of lack your eyes aren't opened to see the unseen mysteries of God.

God's glory is all around us and even when you don't see it, you have to believe it. Who God is- is a Person of Love who never ceases to amaze us with His glory and Presence and extravagant love. His favor never lacks faithfulness. His love never lacks trust. His character never lacks hope.

So therefore you do not have to lack hope. You do not have to lack joy or peace or love, or fill in the blank with what you're striving for right now. You lack no good thing when you put your hope in Jesus and your faith in His character. When faith and hope work together in your soul, it creates a combination of abundance of joy and peace that cannot be contained.

hope arises out of faith. - Jordan D.

And faith and hope is the foundation of our conviction of the unseen things. What is your motivation to move on from lacking to abiding in full abundance? Where is your hope and what is motivating you to move from Glory to Glory?

"Now faith is the substance [foundation] of things hoped for, the evidence [conviction] of things not seen." Hebrews 11:1 NKJV (references added)
